The Client is responsible for arranging access to the property at the scheduled shoot time — via lockbox, seller, on-site meet, or other agreed method. If our team arrives at the scheduled time and cannot access the property within 15 minutes, the appointment is treated as a late cancellation (see below) and the fee applies.

The Client warrants they have the right to authorize photography of the property, including any features visible from the interior, exterior, or airspace above it.

• More than 24 hours before the shoot: free cancellation or reschedule.
• Within 24 hours of the shoot: a late-cancel / no-show fee applies. Default fee is $75 unless a different fee is specified in your booking or corporate agreement.
• Weather: reschedules for weather that would compromise the shoot are always free, whether initiated by OutMedia or the Client.
• Failed access: if our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, the appointment counts as a late cancellation.

• Standard clients: payment is due at delivery. Access to download the finished gallery is gated on payment.
• Corporate accounts (brokerages, builder programs, commercial firms): net-15 monthly statements after credit approval. Statements are due within 15 days of issue.
• Accepted methods: credit/debit card via Stripe, or cash, check, and Zelle by arrangement.
• Late statements: unpaid balances over 15 days past due may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge and pause future scheduling until brought current.
• Disputes: any charge dispute must be raised in writing within 15 days of the invoice date.

OutMedia Co. retains full copyright in all photographs, videos, 3D scans, floor plans, and derivative media we create (the "Media"). Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free marketing license to use the Media for the purpose of marketing the specific listed property, including on the MLS, brokerage marketing materials, social media, print collateral, and third-party listing portals.

Restrictions: the Media may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to third parties (including subsequent listing agents, developers, builders, or the property owner) without a separate written license from OutMedia. Removing watermarks or metadata does not transfer rights.

Portfolio use: OutMedia retains the right to use the Media in our portfolio, website, social channels, and marketing materials, and to license the Media to industry publications for editorial use.
