Who we are
OutMedia Co. is a Texas-based real estate media studio offering photography, video, drone, 3D tour, floor plan, and virtual staging services to realtors, teams, brokerages, builders, and commercial clients.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run shoots and deliver media:
- Contact details — name, email, phone, brokerage or company, when you book a shoot, request a quote, or subscribe to updates.
- Property details — address, size, access instructions, and any notes you provide for the shoot.
- Payment data — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe returns a token we use to reference the transaction.
- Usage analytics — pages viewed, device type, referring site, and similar telemetry so we can improve the site.
- Media captured on-site — photos, video, and 3D scans of the property you engaged us to shoot.
How we use information
- Scheduling, coordinating, and completing your shoot.
- Delivering finished media through a branded gallery link.
- Sending service emails: confirmations, reminders, delivery notices, receipts, and reshoot coordination.
- Sending marketing emails (tips, playbook, promotions) only if you opt in — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link that works instantly.
- Fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- Improving the site, product, and support experience.
Where information is stored
Booking, client, and CRM data lives in our secure cloud database (Supabase) and cloud storage infrastructure. Servers are hosted in the United States. Access is restricted to authorized OutMedia staff and enforced with role-based permissions.
Data retention
We keep booking, invoicing, and delivery records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and contractual purposes (typically 7 years). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Captured media is retained as part of our portfolio archive per the media license described in our Terms.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@outmediacompany.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days. Marketing unsubscribes take effect immediately.
Children's privacy
OutMedia Co. services are for real estate professionals and property owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change or as required by law. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced by email to active clients.
Governing law
This policy and any related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
